Reanna and Jordan first met while working at a South Florida resort together in In addition, Reanna has proven herself the guru of staff training, operational systems, and workflow creation and implementation in the restaurant setting.
She is a master of skillful guest interaction, forgets no detail and will go to the ends of the Earth and back to ensure a guest leaves happy.
